The Startup Readiness Program is intended for early phase startups that are driving innovation in various sectors, focusing on validating, developing, and scaling their business models.
What does the program offer
The Startup Readiness Program offers three distinct tracks tailored to different stages of startup development:
- GAME Track: For founders working on a scalable business concept and seeking to validate their product or service.
- SET Track: For founders that have identified and validated a customer problem and want to ensure their solution addresses it effectively.
- MATCH Track: For founders ready to secure their first dedicated customers who are willing to pay for their product or service.
Each track consists of 5 masterclasses designed to provide hands-on, interactive learning experiences, access to a vibrant startup ecosystem, and personal coaching to support startup growth.
Practical information
GAME Track Sessions:
- Session 1: October 16 Kickoff - Learn how Dutch startups grow, discover lessons from other startups, and prioritize growth activities.
- Session 2: October 23 Customer Interviews - Conduct effective customer interviews and gain valuable insights.
- Session 3: November 6 Customer - Identify involved parties in the purchasing process and their problems.
- Session 4: November 20 Problem Validation - Validate the biggest customer problem and offer effective solutions.
- Session 5: November 27 Roadmap - Develop a roadmap for implementing insights and validations.
All sessions take place at the Kanselarij in Leeuwarden
SET Track Sessions:
- Session 1: November 7 Kickoff - Introduction and preparation for customer interviews.
- Session 2: November 14 Interviews - Conduct and analyze effective interviews.
- Session 3: November 28 Solution - Discover and validate your value proposition with customers.
- Session 4: December 5 Problem Solution Fit - Achieve a match between problem and solution.
- Session 5: December 12 Solution Pitch and Roadmap - Develop a 100-day plan for steady growth.
All sessions take place at the Feithhuis in Groningen
MATCH Track Sessions
- Session 1: Kickoff - Prepare for customer interviews and discover insights.
- Session 2: Pricing and Business Model - Define and validate your pricing strategy.
